Adoptee Voice: The Empty Spot That Became Whole

Point A (Adoptee):
I never really understood what that feeling was deep in my soul until you found me. Then I realized it had been an empty spot that now was full.

I started my search in 1991 with really no information. I truly wasn’t sure if we would ever meet. During my 2-year search, I was active in adoption support groups and gained much help with my feelings that I had kept buried inside me for twenty years.
